#モバイルEneKey 登録ができないＥＮＥＯＳヘルプの対応

そもそも、問い合わせして、返事に3日もかかる様子だ、

🤷🤦‍♂️

たぶん、ヘルプ本体は、大連とか国外にあるのだろう、

日本語の文脈が読み解けないから、

返信の内容があべこべ、

何も解決せず、
問題は、
◎新しいＥＮＥＯＳカードが来た！
◎既存ＥＮＥＯＳカードを、来たカードに交換、マイ車保管フォルダー挿入
◎前のカード期限月過ぎた
◎「🤔❓最近EneKeyが応答しない・・・」
◎まぁ、カードで払うか、、そのうち、EneKey情報更新のはず、、
◎ついでだ、モバイルEneKeyも登録すっか、
◎EneKeyのＩＤ入力、更新で来たENEOSカードの番号入力、🤔❓
◎認証されない・・・個人確認云々
・
◎いろいろ入力試し、セキュリティブロックもされたり、後日にまったり
◎結局、更新前の古いカード確認・・・カード番号変更に気づく
◎ニコスWeb上では、自動に新カードで紐付け🤔❓
◎更新前の古いカードの番号で、モバイルEneKey登録試し
◎最終登録場面で、カード使えないメッセージ
☆やはりモバイルEneKeyと古いカードの紐付きのまま
↓
結局、いつものENEOS_SSに行って、
「このEneKeyを、このカードで更新して・・・」
『ピッピッピ🎶』
「ＯＫ👌」
ハイ、完了で、モバイルEneKeyも登録完了。

買い直す必要も無く、安心

問題は、「部屋」の設定ではなく、「ホーム」

新しい「ホーム」を作り、そこに読み込むことで、全て解決

いろいろな設定変更を繰り返して、

もろもろの問題も解決、、

温度・湿度などの情報が得られていなかったが、これらも全て正常に受信・表示

ペアーも出たり出来なかったり、結局「構成中・・・まもなく・・・」表示状態であったが、これらも即解決、、当然だが、疎通できれば、名称変更など、自在に変更・設定可能、
